Hoffman v. Hoffman-LaRoche, Johnson County District Court, Kansas, 1994 $5 million settlement involving accutane.
Wellington, et al. v. Rodger Parker and Kemper Securities, 1995. $2.2 million arbitration awards and settlements for securities fraud committed by broker.
Brown et al. v. Phoenix Home Life, 1998. $1.6 million settlement for a group of AT&T employees defrauded by an insurance agent.
Ireton et. al. v. American Family, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Case No. 97-C-1184 $75 million settlement for sales of "vanishing premium" life insurance policies.
